What licence do I need to be a catering establishment (restaurant) manager in Cyprus?

The competent authority is the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, with applications submitted through PSC Cyprus or to District Offices of the Inspectors. Required documents include copies of certificates of academic qualifications, original certificates of work experience acquired in the industry, and an original and recent Clear Criminal Record certificate issued within the last 365 days. There are no fees applicable. The applicant is informed of the authorization decision within 3 months from the date the application form and supporting documents were duly submitted.
